Timing and mode of delivery

Our products are shipped in Italy and abroad through our Express Couriers GLS and DHL.

Delivery times for most of Italy are 24h (working days),  for Sardinia and remote destinations

the shipping times are approximately  48h. Saturday and Sunday are not considered useful days of delivery.

Argenteria MB does not assumes responsibility for any delays in transit during the shipping service.

After making the shipment you will receive an email from our Couriers with all the details on the package

and "tracking number", through which you can follow the real-time package.

For the EU countries the delivery times are different for  each destination and range from a minimum of  1 to a maximum of 6 working days.

The customer  must leave a fixed or mobile telephone number to communicate with  our  courier

who will contact you in case of problems to allow faster delivery.

Shipping is free throughout Italy.

For the other European Union countries, the shipping costs are:

-Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland: €  10.00

-Spain, Greece, Slovenia, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Denmark, Croatia: €  14.00

-Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania, Sweden, Turkey: € 20.00

- United Kingdom: € 25.00

- US And Canada: € 35.00

For the other countries  there are specific costs.
