To buy from our website is simple and fast:

-  Fill in your data in the special form of registration 

-  Add the products to your shopping cart

- Complete the Checkout with the information and choose the payment method

Payment methods

Here are the payment methods currently guaranteed to complete the purchase:

-          Payment by credit card: paying by credit card you can enjoy  the protection and safety of the Paypal circuit,

and Stripe circuit without the need for recording and directly entering the card details into the "Checkout" form. Payments

with the following cards are accepted: POSTEPAY, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AURA, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

The timing of crediting / reception are immediate.

-          Payment by Paypal:  Paypal is the immediate and safe payment method. By choosing to pay with Paypal

you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site to complete the transaction. Paying with Paypal

you don’t have to wait for accreditation of money. The transaction is real time. This reduces the waiting time,

allowing faster receipt of the product purchased.

-          Payment by Bank Transfer: In the order form you will find the coordinates to complete the purchase by bank transfer.

In this case the product will be shipped when  the money  will transfer to our bank account.

The crediting times vary from 24 to 72 working hours.

-          Payment by Klarna: If you choose to pay with Klarna your order will be shipped within the order processing time and you will pay in

3 next tariff. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Klarna AB Bank, related parties and their assignees and that

authorize account transfer.

  The  invoice is issued only at the express request of the customer, by the release of the complete data of VAT or tax code.

Timing and mode of delivery

Our products are shipped in Italy and abroad through our Express Couriers GLS and DHL.

Delivery times for most of Italy are 24h (working days),  for Sardinia and remote destinations

the shipping times are approximately  48h. Saturday and Sunday are not considered useful days of delivery.

Argenteria MB does not assumes responsibility for any delays in transit during the shipping service.

After making the shipment you will receive an email from our Couriers with all the details on the package

and "tracking number", through which you can follow the real-time package.

For the EU countries the delivery times are different for  each destination and range from a minimum of  1 to a maximum of 6 working days.

The customer  must leave a fixed or mobile telephone number to communicate with  our  courier

who will contact you in case of problems to allow faster delivery.

Shipping is free throughout Italy. 

For the other European Union countries the shipping costs are:

-Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €  10.00

-Spain, Greece, Slovenia, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Denmark, Croatia: €  14.00

-Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania, Sweden: € 20.00

- United Kingdom: € 25.00

- USA and Canada: € 35.00

 Right of Withdrawal

The customer is entitled to cancel the contract as provided by law (D.Lgs.n ° 185/99 - Dlg.206/2005)

within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if it meets these conditions:

-          The products must not have been used.

-          The packages must not show signs of wear.

-          The product must be accompanied by the guarantee attached where required.

-          The gift pack or gift kit will in no case be reimbursed.

How to make return

1. Send an email to info@argenteriamb.it no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods, indicating the reasons for return.

2. The products must be returned intact, placed in their original packaging complete in all its parts (box, certificate, tag, warranty, etc.)

and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed.

3. The transport costs for returns are paid by the buyer.

You can ask for a refund or an exchange.

Exercising the right of withdrawal can choose from:  replacement of the goods,  cash refund, only with traceable methods;

reimbursement for the price of the product excluding the cost of shipping and will be made, within three days

from the receipt of returned goods, after integrity verification using the same payment method used by the buyer.

In all cases of returning goods, transport costs are borne by the customer (Art.67).

Notes:

- In the event that due to promo or voucher the customer gets free shipping and then request the refund

for any reason that justifies the return, the total will still be refunded minus the sum of € 15.00 for the shipment of the product.

- Insert items being returned in a box or a well-sealed envelope and protected.

- The courier will already have the label with our shipping address and your reference, you do not need to write anything on the package.

The right of withdrawal is not:

- For the purchase of customized items for the client;

- For services already performed with the customer's consent prior to the deadline for exercising the withdrawal;

- With dealers and subject to VAT holders.

Privacy

The personal information you provide are used to respond to your requests, process your orders,

send you discounts or promotions and give you access to specific information. You have the right to edit

and delete all your personal information on the "My Account."
